Airport pick up and transfer to your accommodation. 

Welcome dinner with the trip host. 

May 20

Breakfast at your accommodation.

Guided tour of the city visiting some of our favorite studios. 

Lunch at a favorite restaurant.

Private transportation to visit with a ceramic artist. Learn about their process and option to hand build pieces of your own. 

Private sunset tour of Monte Alban archaeological site.

Group dinner with trip host.

May 21

Breakfast at your accommodation.

Private transportation to rural artisan town.

Natural dyes workshop with an all women's artisan cooperative.

Lunch prepared at a farm-to-table home setting. 

Visit to traditional candle makers.

Visit to a design studio focusing on rug weaving. 

Group dinner at the design studio.

May 22

Breakfast at your accommodation. 

Private transportation to Hierve el Agua mineral springs. Option to rest, bathe, and/or hike to see the calcified waterfall.

Transportation to town of Tule. Option to visit the famous Tule tree.

Lunch at one of our favorite comedores.

Visit to TEXERE textile studio for an afternoon reed basket weaving class.

Optional mezcal tasting.

Final group dinner at Criollo restaurant in the city.
